No. The Boutique Operating Review is a monthly operating review system. It helps organise key figures, surface review signals, and guide practical monthly review questions.

Do I need hotel finance training to use it?

No. It is designed for boutique hospitality owners, GMs, operators, consultants, and review leads who want a clearer monthly review structure without building a full finance model.

What software do I need?

Google Sheets. The product is delivered as a Google Sheets-based review system with supporting buyer materials.

Does it replace my PMS, POS, accounting software, or accountant?

No. It works alongside your source reports. You still use your PMS, POS, booking reports, management accounts, and operating context to complete the monthly inputs and investigate causes.

Why does Google ask for authorization?

The workbook uses Google Apps Script to refresh the monthly review pages. The script updates pages inside your private workbook copy. It does not connect to external systems or send your data anywhere.

What if the TheGMDesk menu does not appear?

After making your private copy, refresh the browser tab and wait a few seconds. The menu can take a moment to appear after the copy opens.
